I’ve lived this.
After leaving my corporate career, and before founding my startup human as usual® , I walked through a sabbatical that reshaped everything I thought I knew about identity, purpose, and work.
Out of that season, I discovered a clear truth:
A sabbatical holds more than blank space.
And like canvas and paint, our choices interact through a process that starts with preparation and continues throughout the life of the work.
But I had to invent a blueprint for myself.
After I spent nearly $20,000 in clarity workshops, resume writing, and career “how‑to” programs, only to find they didn’t hold space for the sacred passage a sabbatical really is.
Now, I’m bringing it forward as The Sabbatical Canvas™.
A 6‑week cohort-based experience for founders, new graduates, corporate exiles, and any professional navigating the liminal space.
We’ll work inside the canvas, not forcing five‑year plans, but preparing the ground for a life and work that can endure.

A 6-week Cohort journey + 1:1 Sound‑Boarding. This includes: Everything in The Gallery Canvas, plus 3 private 1:1 sessions (50 min) for individualized sound‑boarding and deeper reflection and ongoing 1:1 text/ email support.
A 12-week Cohort + 1:1 Sound‑Boarding extended program. This includes: Everything in The Studio Canvas, plus 3 additional private 1:1 sessions (total of 6 over 12 weeks) to extend reflection, integration, and forward planning and 1:1 support via email/ text as you move from sabbatical into creating your “masterpiece,” the enduring next chapter of your life and work.
