NOW ENROLLING OUR NEXT COHORT THAT STARTS AFTER AUG. 18, 2025.
A 6‑Week Journey to Make the Most of Your Sabbatical
We’ll work inside the canvas… an open, reflective space designed for meaning-making, not performance.
Each week blends:
A 90‑min guided session (8-12 peers per cohort)
A framework to understand where you are in your sabbatical or transition
Language for experiences that often feel isolating or “wrong”
Grounding practices to navigate ambiguity, including reflection tools (analog and AI‑assisted), journaling prompts, and guided canvas design
Creative activities to help you make progress asynchronously between sessions
A community of peers who truly get it
The courage to move forward, not by force, but by resonance
A private WhatsApp Community for ongoing peer-to-peer engagement
Program Overview
The Sabbatical Canvas™ | Everyone else talks about sabbaticals as “time off.”
We see them as art in progress.

We begin by naming the losses (visible and invisible) that come with endings. Together, we’ll shed what no longer holds, and create safety in release. This is the primer coat: preparing the canvas before anything new can take shape.
-
Anxiety. Futility. Brinksmanship. Here we explore the liminal “in‑between” where clarity feels far away. You’ll learn how to stand still without collapsing, and discover that uncertainty itself can become part of the creative process.

Not everything collapses in transition. Here, we’ll identify the sparks, gifts, and patterns that survive endings. These threads become your palette, the colors you’ll carry forward into what’s next.
-
Rituals. Journaling. Embodiment. Community. Together, we’ll experiment with practices that create scaffolding for renewal. Think of it as layering: grounding the artwork so it can endure beyond the first brushstroke.
-
We close by stepping into possibility. Not with a rigid five‑year plan, but with a map for your next experiments alive, adaptive, and yours to create. The canvas is no longer blank; it’s ready for you to keep painting!
